Operation of OHRVs and wheeled motorized vehicles within LAE   OHRV and all wheeled motorized vehicles within LAE are subject to the following restrictions: 1.  LAE members and their guests may operate OHRVs and other wheeled motorized vehicles on LAE roads at a speed not to exceed the posted speed limit. 2.  Excepting established roadways and parking lots, OHRV operation in the Beach Area, Tennis Court area and Marina area is prohibited. 3.  Unless expressly permitted, OHRV operation on private property within LAE is prohibited. 4.  OHRV operators assume full responsibility for operation of the vehicle pursuant to New Hampshire statute RSA 215-AA:34. A copy of the statute is included for your review and reference. This OHRV and wheeled motorized vehicle policy replaces all previous Regulations and Board of Directors policies regarding OHRV operation, including LAE registration requirements and insurance.           Approved unanimously by the Board of Directors and revised on July 7, 2001.
